Sori 4 not updating..Havent been in the mood to blog..Anyway, just started a daily exercise programme whereby i do 600 reps on a 2.5 kg dumbbell. Next, I wil do 50 times on it in another position to train my shoulders..Now tat my bike is spoilt, i hav to look 4 an alternative, lik tis..Another reason why i wanna do tis is becuz i wanna prove tat trained muscles produce more power than genectic muscles..Marcus and wenjie, i am sure u shuld knw wat i mean.. :)
